BST Group’s subsidiary K-TEK has acquired the sprinkler consulting company Sprinklerteknik AB, thereby strengthening its consulting services in sprinkler systems, particularly in the Mälardalen region.
Sprinklerteknik, based in Hallstahammar, specializes in sprinkler systems and was founded in 2007 by Per-Erik Fredriksson. The company consists of three employees, including two certified engineers in water sprinkler systems.
“It feels great that Sprinklerteknik is joining our organization, enhancing our competencies and capabilities within our sprinkler division. Sprinklerteknik’s operations are very similar to ours, making it a natural fit for us to come together and collectively develop both our business and our organization,” says Lars-Åke Kull, Managing Director of K-TEK.
With Sprinklerteknik becoming part of K-TEK, BST Group’s sprinkler consulting division is further strengthened. A more robust K-TEK, in collaboration with Convise and Nordiska Brand, will continue to advance developments in the field. Sprinklerteknik will be gradually integrated into K-TEK’s organization, which will now have offices in Västerås, Örebro, and Hallstahammar.
