BST Group acquires K-TEK, strengthening its consulting services in sprinkler design

BST Group has officially acquired K-TEK AB, a company specializing in sprinkler, inspection, and fire consulting services. This acquisition enhances the group’s consulting services and reinforces its market-leading position in sprinkler design.

K-TEK, which specializes in sprinkler consulting as well as fire consulting and inspection services, has been certified by Svensk Brand- och Säkerhetscertifiering (SBSC) as an inspection firm (2019) and a sprinkler consulting firm (2021). The company currently employs seven people and has offices in Västerås and Åkersberga.

With K-TEK joining BST Group, the group solidifies its leading position in sprinkler design, working alongside Convise and Nordiska Brand to continue advancing in the field. K-TEK will continue to operate independently under its own brand and within its existing organization.

According to BST Group CEO Peter Bühler, K-TEK not only enhances geographical coverage and expertise but also contributes to the group’s expansion journey.
