Eltelestyrkan Ocez AB, based in Stockholm, is the latest addition to BST Group, which, with this acquisition, broadens its range of services in the installation and maintenance of fire alarms and further strengthens its comprehensive fire protection offerings.
On Wednesday, August 31st, it was confirmed that Eltelestyrkan Ocez AB would be acquired by BST Group, becoming the fifth company to join the group this year. Specializing primarily in fire alarm contracting and security projects, the company enhances BST Group’s fire alarm services.
Founded in 1987 and led by Roy Abrahamsson since 1999, who serves as its CEO, the company operates out of the Stockholm area with a team of 10 employees. Eltelestyrkan Ocez AB will continue to operate under its own brand as one of BST Group’s newly acquired subsidiaries.
