BST Group expands fire alarm services in Finland with acquisition of PIL Paloilmoitinliike Consulting Oy
BST Group has acquired fire alarm contractor PIL Paloilmoitinliike Consulting, broadening its range of fire protection services in Finland.
With the acquisition of PIL Paloilmoitinliike Consulting, BST Group has expanded its fire protection offerings in the Finnish market by adding fire alarms as a key part of its service portfolio.
PIL Paloilmoitinliike Consulting was founded in 2004 by Harri Korpela, who currently runs the company with 17 employees. Together with previous acquisitions in Finland, BST Group is now a major player in fire protection in the Finnish market. The company is headquartered in Tuusula near Helsinki and operates nationwide with several branches.
“The company will continue its operations as a separate entity under its own brand. The management and employees will remain in place, and the company’s contact details will stay the same,” says Harri Korpela, Managing Director of PIL Paloilmoitinliike Consulting Oy.
