BST Group strengthens Norwegian operations with acquisition of JE Consult AS
BST Group continues its Norwegian expansion with the acquisition of JE Consult AS, a Norwegian sprinkler consulting company, significantly enhancing our expertise in Norway.
JE Consult AS is a well-established consulting firm specializing in system inspections, design, and advice on sprinklers. The transaction is structured as an asset deal and will continue under the Norsk Sprinkler AS brand, forming our first consulting company in Norway.
Since 2015, JE Consult AS has been managed by fire industry expert John-Erik Westby. John-Erik is a well-known name in the Norwegian market and across the Nordic region. Currently, the company has two employees and operates throughout Norway from its base in Oslo.

JE Consult AS, now Norsk Sprinkler AS, will continue to operate as an independent entity under BST Group, marking our first consulting venture in Norway.
