BST Group has acquired the sprinkler contractor PK Sprinkleriasennus Oy, bolstering its sprinkler business in Finland, particularly in the Helsinki region.
Formed in 2016 and led by Aki Rahunen along with a team of 10, PK Sprinkleriasennus is based in Karkkila, a few miles north of Helsinki. The company primarily engages in service-oriented transactions with repeat customers, reinforcing BST Group’s activities within the service business.
The company will continue to operate alongside Paloff, which became part of BST Group earlier this year.
“Our operations will continue as an independent unit under our existing brand, and all employees will remain with the company,” states Aki Rahunen, Managing Director of PK Sprinkleriasennus Oy.
