BST Group has acquired the sprinkler contractor Sprinklerservice Stockholm AB, which will significantly strengthen BST Group’s installation and service divisions in Stockholm.
BST Group has bolstered its installation and service operations with the purchase of Sprinklerservice Stockholm AB, based in Upplands Väsby between Stockholm and Arlanda. The company has primarily been active in service and smaller sprinkler contracts and was established by Dennis Dzokanovski and Damianos Politidis in 2016. Today, they have a total of 11 employees, including two certified engineers. In 2020, Sprinklerservice Stockholm was certified by the Swedish Fire and Security Certification (SBSC) as a water sprinkler installation firm.
“It’s going to be really exciting to become a part of BST Group’s installation and service units. We will have the opportunity to be involved in larger deals and together we can expand the business in a good way,” says Dennis.
“I feel secure now being able to act as a real part of BST Group,” adds Damianos, mentioning that they already work as subcontractors for BST Group on several projects.
